Mrs PartapCover Teacher
I have been a teacher at Alex Mcleod since 2004. After completing my BA(Hons.) Primary Education degree, I have taught across all year groups and phases ranging from EYFS to Year 6. This has enabled me to follow children on their fascinating learning journeys throughout the school and watch the amazing progress that they make.
In my teaching career I have been the leader of both KS1 and KS2. I am extremely passionate about teaching and have high expectations of all learners.
Mrs MatulenieneCover Supervisor
Mrs MatulenieneI am Mrs Matuleniene, originally from Lithuania. This means that I can speak 3 languages - English, Lithuanian and Russian. Being trilingual gives me the opportunity to value and understand children and families, that have similar backgrounds, to a greater level. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Science (Biology) and taught biology in secondary schools in Lithuania for 10 years. After being awarded QTS in the UK I spent nearly two decades teaching in Primary schools in London.I have worked at Alexander McLeod since 2016, where I am currently a cover supervisor, allowing me to teach across all year groups. I am very passionate about maths and science and especially enjoy when students also take interest in these subjects. Seeing children making progress, even if it is only small steps at a time, is something that I really admire. I believe that everything is possible if you work hard and persevere to reach your goals.
